Good to see you posting more often. Yes, I'm driving less. Luckily I work from home so I only need to fill up my car once every three weeks or so. When I do, I fill up (gas) at Costco and do my monthly shopping while I'm there.
I've gone back to hand-washing my car instead of taking it to the car wash. If I want to see a movie, I use iTunes or BitTorrent, same for a new music album.
It takes a really good deal to get me into a big box retailer, like $1 birthday cards and gift bags in the Target bargain bins.
For fresh fruit and veg, I take light rail downtown to the farmers' market. I live about 1 mile from the station.
I'm coping for now, worrying about the future, though.
