Where are the hippies when you need them? AutoWeek reports: Hybrid Hits a Headwind. We guess the days of gas being spendy are over for good, so no need to buy anymore hybrids. It's all good. Everyone move along. Until next year, of course.
Seriously, we love love love the Charger. And the SRT-8 is enough to question our sanity, but really folks, buy something with a little more sense.
Oh God, we're doubled over in pain we love this car so much.
M1EK, yeah, exactly. You will note the article didn't quote August only figures, only YTD, because August only sales for the Prius was up 9.3% to 11,177 units-plus 4,977 of the new Camry hybrid, plus 192 of the new Lexus GS 450h (more than the non-hybrid GS 430), plus 1,514 Lexus RX 400h.
Prius sales are still production limited, meaning they could sell many more cars if they had them to sell.
