Jalopnik reports: Wait — What?! Unions Are Productive? Being pro-union communist hippies, we couldn't pass up this article. Looks like Detroit is closing in on the competition's efficiency—all with union labor! How could that be? We thought the folks in the union just stood around drinkin' beers, diggin' for belly-button lint, and "buildin'" cars. What's even more interesting is that as Detroit gets more efficient, Toyota and Honda, both of which are growing, are becoming less efficient. We have no idea what's at play here, but it sure is good news for Detroit.

The unions are finally scared?
