Despite robust earnings in 2005, the Chrysler Group announced smaller profit-sharing checks for U.S. factory workers than a year ago and signaled that it is weighing health care cutbacks for its salaried workers."I know we've made billions in profit, but none for you!" So much for shared risk/reward.
