Wow, seems like Fiat is doing more than sniffing around. Fiat is apparently looking to gobble up 35% of Chrysler. Well, it doesn't seem like Fiat is interested in buying Chrysler for the products (they want the plants so they can make them some mo' Fiats).

I think it's a great idea. FIAT now make great and dare I say it, reliable, cars. The U.S definitely needs cars that will do more than 15 mpg, and FIAT is a good way to flood the market with them. Cheap, comfortable, reliable and good looking cars with excellent mpg, it's the way to go!

it is unfortunate that the F.I.A.T. acronym stuck. I happen to like Fiat cars.
