Its eco-friendly & cost-effective but like any other new innovations it has few drawbacks. Like the weight of its battery for example, they're quite heavy. Battery pack can weigh half a metric ton. Charging time, unfortunately, there's no available technology for easy charging yet. And maintenance, since its new, there's only a few repair stations in the country and even if there is, it'll costs you a lot. But manufacturers are surely working to eliminate these drawbacks.

No doubt green cars will soon rock the roads!
