So, we were reading where Edmunds reported: 2007 Mini Cooper S: Easy To Park. And, no doubt, the Mini is awesome for the city. Or wherever parking is at a premium. That mention of the mini got us to thinking about the Clubman (Edmunds reports: Looks Like a Wagon, Drives Like a Mini.
See, the current Mini (made by BMW) is already two feet longer than the original Mini... now the new Clubman is going to be even longer. When will Mini make a car so big it can't be called a Mini?
Anyway, we're going on the record that the Clubman isn't going to sell very well and will stop being sold here before long.
And it hasn't even gone on sale yet!

mini...how romantic

By all early reports the Clubman is just as good as the original, plus an obvious increase in cabin space. Great engine, gas mileage, space, handling... Mind mentioning at least why you think it won't sell well? Not only poorly but to the point that they discontinue the line. (They even put the suicide door on the side that's best for us Americans instead of the Brits!)
