Edmunds reports: Frankfurt Auto Show: Sell It as a Mazda 6. Sell It as a Ford Mondeo. Just Bring It to the U.S.! We couldn't agree more, Edmunds. We couldn't agree more. Take a look at that Ford Mondeo and tell us it isn't a beautiful car. Not as beautiful as if Alison Krauss was made into a car, but it's still... Oh, Alison. She's so purty.

American or non-American...if you build it right....people will come. If the product is good, people will buy it. Quality, reliability, and dependability are huge factors for a consumer. Let's quit the "American vs. Foreign" war...just build a car that people KNOW is quality.

I guess I just don't see what all the hype is about. The cars look as though Ford has tried to copy Lexus. They even did it with the new Jag sedan they're trying to hype so much.
The Ford is an American car. It should look American. Even if the production model doesn't look exactly like the concept shown, I know what it will look like...........a pulled and enlarged Fusion. Not that the Fusion is a bad looking car. It isn't. But can't Ford, or any other car maker for that matter, come up with something you can differentiate from it's sister models?
