AutoWeek reports: Lincoln's Zephyr will get higher sticker when renamed MKZ for '07. Oh, we kid Lincoln! We know it gets the engine and transmission it should have had when it was called the Zephyr, but they launched the half-assed car anyway because they were desperate to sell something, anything.... "God, anything, please! We are so far in the pooper! Meanwhile, Cadillac is squatting and snarfing out another variation of the friggin' CTS. How are we supposed to keep up?"

And, next year the rename it the 123. Year after that the remane it the symbol that Price used to use as his name.

RE: MKZ prices.
Well, the demand for the current version is strong so I'm not fully surprised Ford will increase the prices. Again, I wait for the reviews before passing judgement (and cash).
