75 cents a gallon? When i started driving, it was around year 2000, gasoline here in the Philippines was less than 20 pesos a liter, thats around 50 cents in US dollars, and boy with that kind of pricing I could go anywhere. But now i only commute, a lot cheaper, a liter of gas here cost around a dollar in the US now. Couldn't afford to drive around everyday anymore. And maybe its true that it will never be as cheap as before, so, I guess that we just have to hope on the future cars that car makers are creating now. Those kind of cars with hybrid engines or don't rely on gasoline to run sort of type.
